We are looking for patients who are 50 years of age and older and fit into one of the following categories: Have a history of a heart attack, history of a stroke, PAD (Peripheral Arterial Disease) or Diabetes and history of a stent or CABG

PROMISE

We are looking for patients with new or worsening chest pain.

EXACT-HF

We are looking for patients 18 years of age and older who have history of heart failure.

SOLID-TIMI 52

We are looking for patients who have had a cardiovascular event within the past 30 days.

ODYSSEUS

We are looking for patients 21 years of age and older with Atrial Fibrillation with one of the following if they aren’t over the age of 70: Diabetes, Hypertension, Prior CV accident, Systematic embolism

HESTIA

We are looking for patients 21 years of age and older with a pacemaker

DeFACTO

We are looking for patients who have had a CTA of the coronary arteries at CCA and who are being scheduled for cardiac catheterization. They will be offered participation and FFR at catheterization. This will be performed at St. Peter’s Hospital.
