

Dr. Constantino attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY where he graduated in 1980. He received his medical degree at Cornell University Medical College in New York City in 1984. He completed his Medical Residency at Worcester Memorial Hospital in Worcester, MA. He then completed his Fellowship in Cardiology at the Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA in 1989.
Dr. Constantino is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Member of the American College of Physicians. He is on staff at St. Mary's Hospital and Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY. Dr. Constantino is currently chairman of the Patient Care Practices Committee at St. Mary's Hospital.
Dr. Constantino's cardiology specialities include general cardiovascular disease with a special interest in hypertension, congestive heart failure, and ischemic heart disease.
Dr. Constantino has two sons and resides in Clifton Park, NY. When he is not practicing cardiology, Dr. Constantino enjoys reading, hiking, and gardening. He is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.
