 Dr. Carol Rinko Santoro, a native of Saratoga Springs, NY, attended Cornell University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Biochemistry in 1982. She received a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Columbia University in New York, NY in 1983, and a Doctor of Medicine from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1987. Dr. Santoro completed her medical residency in Internal Medicine in 1990 at the University of Chicago, in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Santoro is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Santoro's area of expertise is Clinical Nutrition. She joins the Albany Clinical Nutrition Specialists and practices at St. Peter's Hospital, Albany Memorial Hospital, and the Albany Medical Center in Albany.
Dr. Carol Santoro is married to Dr. Ian Santoro, a cardiac electrophysiologist with Capital Cardiology Associates, PC. They have two children.
