 SOUTHWOODS: CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Fast-paced cardiology office located in Albany, NY looking for a full time Check In/Check Out person. Responsibilities include checking in patients, verifying demographics and insurance information, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, obtaining referrals, checking out patients, and collecting co-pays. Excellent customer service skills a must. Minimum two years recent medical office experience required. Experience with Medical Manager a plus. Must be able to multi-task. MEDICAL ASSISTANT Monday through Friday, full – time. Responsibilities include assisting physicians as they see patients in the office. Perform vital signs, EKGs, review meds, medical records, upkeep of exam rooms, etc. Other patient related duties as required. Minimum two years MA experience required. Certificate in Medical Assisting preferred; BLS certification required; knowledge of EKG process and ability to write prescriptions preferred. LPN Full time LPN needed for our fast paced Cardiology practice. Duties include triage, prescription refills, assisting physicians with clinical duties, etc. No on-call, nights, weekends or holidays.
