Dr. Tallman attended Manhattan College in New York City, where he graduated in 1986. He received his medical degree at the Albany Medical College in 1990. He completed his Medical Residency at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC and then his Cardiology Fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY in 1998.
Dr. Tallman is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is a Member of the American College of Cardiology. He is on staff at Samaritan Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital in Troy, NY as well as the Albany Medical Center and St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY. Dr. Tallman is currently Director of Nuclear Cardiology at Capital Cardiology Associates, PC.
